Placed my order in November and finally got them the 26th of Dec. Alittle late but they did arrive and the order was correct. The quality and fit of the sick leave ALOT to be desired but they were a fun cute gift. If only they had actually arrived in time for Xmas. I had emailed and emailed the company during the month after purchase and out of the blue got an email from them yesterday. They apologized and explained the problem. They also gave me an unsolicited partial refund. Guess they took on more than they could chew with this one. But I appreciate the money back.

Ordered a pair of socks as a Christmas gift. The item was ordered on Dec.3rd and arrived on Dec.23rd, so expect a long turn around. The product looked great, but they weren't very soft/comfortable and they didn't event fit despite ordering what should have been the correct size.

My first order had to be ordered twice. I couldn't get the ornament bundle to work, so I ordered 3 individuals (instead of getting 4 in the bundle for the same price) after writing customer support. They then sent me an email saying they were glad I was able to place an order (never mind that it wasn't the order I was trying to place). Then they sent me socks with my dog on it, not ordered, but at least didn't charge me for them. Then my 3 ornaments came within 10 days of my order. So I placed another order for an ornament on Dec 4, thinking I had plenty of time. Got an email Dec 18th saying it was on it's way. It arrived December 29th with no word it wouldn't make it for Christmas. I emailed customer support on the 26th when it hadn't arrived yet, and still haven't heard anything back as of Jan 2. The ornaments are adorable, but don't order unless you have plenty of time to sort it out, and don't expect them to help you with sorting out the problems.

I ordered 2 pairs of custom dog socks. Both were Christmas presents. I placed my order on November 19th and didn’t receive them until 4 days before Christmas! When I opened the package I was very dissapointed to find out that one of the pairs were actually cat socks! I ordered 2 different dog socks, not cats. I emailed the company and didn’t hear anything back. I sent another email and finally got a basic email saying someone will be getting in touch with me soon. I’m very frustrated that it has been almost 2 weeks with no response. I was not able to give them as a gift, and would just like a refund. I don’t recommend ordering from this company. The customer service is just not there!

I ordered two pair of socks in early November. I did receive them in the middle of December but one pair had a dog that I didn't recognize on them. Soooo...I sent a note to the company asking them to fix the error and send before Christmas (as these were a gift for my children). I received a blanket response email on December 18 and still have not heard another peep (and it's January 2). Poor customer service. If they don't get back to me soon I'm changing my rating to a 1.

If I was just rating the product you would have received a 5 star rating. The quality of the photo was fantastic. I would order again. My frustration comes from the following. I ordered in 12/03. This was a Christmas gift for my wife. I received the delivery on 12/31. On 12/16, tracking indicates a label was printed in that day. It was received by USPS on the 18th. It spent 4 days in Atlanta office and took 8 days to ship to Houston (22nd to the 30th). NO company should use the US Postal Service for delivery of product. Unreliable, untrustworthy, unprofessional organization. IN our area, most product does not make to it's end destination. It usually turns out to be a gift to a USPS family member.

Missed Xmas. Took over a month to get them, and you sent me an email before they even shipped asking me how you did. They look good but delivered to me after Xmas so I could not give them as the gift they were intended to be.
