wrong order no response way too much money for cheap product ....run away

art work was acceptable sock material/fit totally unacceptable, rendering them effectively worthless. sadly disappointed

Placed order for blanket on 12/9/21 for Christmas present for my wife. After tracking production and shipping status received empty package (no blanket!) on 12/24/21. Not happy. I’ve tried contacting via email and phone but nothing other than standard email saying they will get back to me at sometime in the future. Not good enough in my opinion. It will be interesting to see how they resolve this situation. Rich

The socks were absolutely terrible! The faces were completely black and you could not see even an outline of our dogs. I emailed them requesting a refund and I have not received any follow up on my email. Would not recommend using this company.

We placed an order nearly a month ago and have yet to receive it. Additionally, we have emailed and used their online contact forms multiple times over the past two weeks with no replies from the Pupsocks company and couldn't be more disappointed with a blown christmas gift. Terrible customer service and communication. I just hope we get confirmation that the product is coming soon so we don't have to report the purchase as fraudulent to our credit card company.

Placed order, received shipping confirmation and have yet to get my product. Customer Service emails bounce back as undeliverable. Just looked up reviews on FB only to find out this is what they do. COMPLETE SCAM. Super disappointing.

4 weeks have passed, no one answers me, there is no parcel

I ordered 3 pairs on 11/28 as Christmas gifts. The package shipped on 12/8 and arrived on 12/17. There was only 1 pair of socks in the order. I emailed immediately (there is no customer service phone number). I emailed again on 12/21 and 12/22. As of today (12/27), I have received NO CONTACT except the automated email saying they have gotten my emails. I didnt have these as gifts for my parents and am very disappointed in the complete lack of response.
