I ordered my socks on November 27th hoping they would arrive in time for Christmas/Secret Santa. They did not arrive until after new years, so the company refunded me $3 for the shipping. I also paid $6.95 for gift wrapping and a message that I never received. It took 24 emails back and forth to finally get a refund for the gift wrapping, but I still ended up only being refunded an additional $3.95 (making it $6.95 total instead of $9.95 for gift wrapping and shipping). The company's general lack of responsiveness made this product not worth it, even though the socks turned out nice. I used Groupon to get $30 credit for $20, but my total cost would've been $34.90 for one pair of socks without Groupon. Definitely not worth the price and hassle of trying to get refunded for the company's mistake.

The socks were great. They really looked incredible and matched what I expected--but this was once they finally arrived. Unfortunately I can't recommend PupSocks because this was absolutely the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. The website says that orders are usually created in 7 business days, and then take 3-5 business days to ship. I placed my order before the end of November, and received no updates at all within the first 2 weeks of December. I sent multiple emails and filled out the "Contact Us" form over the course of the next week and a half, but received no response at all. I had gotten these as Christmas gifts, and was hoping I'd left ample time to get them before then--especially considering the website had a promotion for anyone who did NOT need them by the holiday. My socks did not come until after the holiday, and when they did, there were two different socks (out of my 4 pairs I ordered) that came in the wrong size (even though the packing slip had my original order on it). 2 WEEKS LATER-- I received an update on my order that it had shipped, which was worthless information at that point and included no acknowledgement of my former inquiries. Because they came so late, I also had to ship them to other states since those people were only in town for the holidays. I didn't contact PupSocks again because of the trouble this had already caused, but I know I will never be ordering from them again. There are many other companies that do the same thing and actually answer questions and get the products there on time. This one little order was in no way worth the frustration that came along with it.

Disappointed, they took a very long time to be sent. They are poor quality cheap fabric, not soft or comfortable. The one print was okay, the second print terrible. From the reviews it appears they are only posting the positive ones on their site as went off of those and only see the honest ones here on trustpilot. Buyer Beware!

I ordered these socks for a Christmas gift. They turned out great as far as the picture I sent. Be warned the sizing on the Men's Large (10 - 13) is extremely large....like they cannot be worn large. I don't think Shaquille O'Neil could wear them they were that big. I sent email back to ask to have them returned and redone with a size that could be worn and they would not since it was customized. Told them they need to change the sizing because the socks I received were beyond large......it was ridiculous to spend that amount of money on a pair of socks and they cannot be worn when I ordered based on THEIR sizing that is incorrect. Be ware...extremely disappointed and would not recommend purchasing.

Before you order, know that this product has inconsistent quality. I ordered two pairs for my parents for the holidays and all seemed just fine. My mother purchased me a pair as well and the print was faded, and even parts of the sock were missing chunks of printing too (patches of white). The production time took a lot longer than expected and so did receiving any response from the company.

BUYER BEWARE!! Disappointment upon receipt. The product quality is inferior. Sent vibrant HI RES photo, socks are faded, washed out & almost pixelated. Requested that a bow tie not be cropped out because it was actually the reason for having the socks made, no one emailed or contacted me prior to say they could not keep it in. The socks are a weird material - assumed they are designed for print ease not wearing? 2 STARS because they help animals but the product is poor quality.

I made three different orders. One came and looked nice. The other came and the picture was horrible and I have written twice about returning them and have not received any kind of reply. The other order has never shown up. It shows it was shipped but after the second day there is no movement of the package. I cannot get any response from the company and I have put in a search with USPS but I have gotten no response from them at all either. So I have not had a good experience from this company whatsoever!
