I got the wrong order, I order two pair of cat socks and got a dog blanket. Tried to contact you and the message would go through. Still hoping to get the right order of possible.

I paid for three pairs of these expensive socks. Was told they’d be here for Christmas. They never arrived. I have reached out to support several times with no response. I want my money back. Never will do business with you all again.

Socks never arrived, customer support team never responded to me - overall really disappointing experience

I cannot make out my dogs face on the socks I ordered from Pupsocks. I have sent two emails to customer service about the issue and no one from the company has responded to either one.

I am not satisfied at all. They were wrong. I left instructions and they were not followed. I feel I should get my full refund. Since they are NOT as I ordered. I do not want a credit with your company. I will NOT be ordering again. Donna Lockwood

Horrible quality material. More like plastic than fabric. Weeks late. No follow up

I placed my order on November 24th. I still have not received my product. I have contacted customer service several times with zero response. At this time no refund has been issued. Very disappointed! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!
