Good product, came quickly after order and and pretty easy to order. Had some difficulty with the system to for adding in my pets pictures but figured it out pretty quickly.

Brinkley
Bought for a bday present - cute. Only downside is they aren't very comfortable socks

Laura
Image was great but material felt very stiff. At the heel was felt almost plaster or glued flat. I attempted to hand wash and hang to dry but the material still was not comfortable enough for my boyfriend to wear. I will try washing again as I understand they can’t be as soft as traditional socks but don’t think they should feel like paper wrapped around your feet.

Hey Laura! Thank you for being a PupSocks customer! I'm elated to hear that the image turned out great, however, I'm disappointed to hear that the material did not meet your expectations. We strive daily to ensure that our customer's experience is a great one. When our socks are in production, we use a process called sublimation. When the socks are pressed it leaves a crease which looks like a slice. No worries! I Assure you that with wash and wear, your socks will mold to your foot! Thank you so much for sharing your shopping experience with us! The PupSocks Team -Tyler🌸
Amy
The socks are definitely cute, but they’re not as comfy as I’d like.

The socks are adorable and they are high-quality and well worth the price but I was just a little disappointed with how they cropped the picture.

Hope
They are such an adorable idea! Sock quality is actually really nice. Thick. The reason for low score is two things. 1. The picture they sort of butchered, looked like my son had ponytail wig. I've seen others and pictures were much better, ours just turned out poorly. 2. So much sticky stuff from the packaging, it ruined one sock. Regardless my husband LOVED the idea and thought they were adorable ❤️ UPDATE: I changed the rating due to customer service.
