I purchased a pair of socks on February 1st and still haven't received them. It is now March 14th - a full 41 calendar days later/28 business days. Week after week I have checked and tracked my order on the site only to see the product is still "In Production". Last week I reached out via email on their website and have yet to receive a response on the status of my order. At this point I just want my order. I feel too far invested to turn back but in the future I will not use this company. Also has anybody else noticed only the good reviews from this site get published on the Pup socks site?

I ordered these socks a month before Christmas and did not receive them in time for the holidays. Also, I was pretty disappointed in the quality of the socks. When I put them on the dog's face stretched and didn't even look like the picture.

16 days and still waiting... [Order #772546] I placed my order on Feb 6th thinking I might have a chance to get my socks in time for a Valentine's Day present. Reached out to customer service and still no response. Very disappointed as I was really looking forward to receiving my socks on time. At this point I just want to know if I am actually going to receive them or not and if not I'd like a refund.

It has been over 1 month since I placed an order of 1 pair of personalized socks. I understood the amount of business days production and shipping would be, but this is way over what they promised. I also emailed them but only got a generic response back saying they received my email and would be in touch...NOPE! I placed my order on Jan 11 and it's now Feb 18. When I "track my order" it still says 'In Production' which it's said for the last month. I'm contemplating "returning" my order before I even receive it since it has taken much longer than promised per the websites FAQ. I'll update if I ever receive the socks, which I'm sure is a great product but keep in mind, place your order months in advance if you have a certain date you need them by :)

**updated review** I finally got a response from PupSocks after multiple attempts and they expedited my order. It was weeks after I thought I would get it originally, but they did try to resolve the issue quickly once I finally made contact. The product is cute but not the greatest quality. Consequently, I bumped my rating up to 2 stars instead of 1. Original review (1 star): I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I am soooo frustrated and angry. I placed an order on 2/1/19 that was supposed to arrive in time for Valentine's Day. It still says it's "in production" and I have gotten no response after three emails to customer service. They conveniently have no phone number to contact a human being. I will be stopping payment on my order and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I just looked it up and then have an F rating! No surprise! This has been the worst online shopping experience of my life.

Production time can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks during the influx of orders our production facility received.
