Easy to Order, Great Gift!
This was a very easy process and a great gift! I sent in the cropped image of my pup, not knowing if they'd be able to cut her out from a busy background, and the print came out GREAT! They arrived very quick too. I wish the fabric allowed for more give, like a true sock (my boyfriend had to yank them to get them fully on), but that's a tiny detail—we're very happy with the purchase.

Beautiful portraits of the pups.
They were beautifully done and looked exactly like the puppies. There was no mistaking and from a picture taken on a camera phone the quality of the faces was amazing! I only give 4 stars because the sock quality itself isn’t spectacular and they don’t stay up on my mother in law’s legs. They are kind of droopy. But other then that I still rate them high.

The customer service has been very…
The customer service has been very good. I should have read the return/exchange policy more carefully. The socks run a little small (in my opinion) and now I'm choosing to gift that pair and order another pair in a larger size for me. It didn't seem worth it to lose out on the customization fee and the return shipping. But, as I said, the customer service has been prompt and pleasant. The socks are cute and were shipped very quickly. The quality of sock could be better.

The socks look great
The socks look great, however production time was a bit longer than I would have liked. I ordered them as a Father's Day gift on May 20th, and did not receive them until a few days before Father's Day.

Socks were decent quality
Socks were decent quality, but I would have liked a proof before they were sent out (I requested one, but received no feedback). Communication regarding order could have been much better. Always happy to help pets in need.

So cute! Great gift :)
Love these socks! I got these as a Father’s Day gift and the print of my dog’s face turned out great: very clear and not pixelated at all. The only thing is that they’re stretchy but kind of tight, so be aware of that.
