Hiya Cathy, I apologize if our product did not meet your expectations, and appreciate you taking your time to share your concerns. Our goal is to provide a high-quality novelty item and an exemplary level of customer service. 💎 Our team works very hard to make sure every customer is happy even if it means going above and beyond. Based on your review we didn't meet our goals, however, we are able to learn from our experiences and will move forward in the corrected direction.😅 I see how some colors, patterns, and designs may be a bit misleading and I understand how frustrating it may be to not be able to see a proof of product before purchase. Each photo is hand edited and cared for, so it is definitely a more nurturing process which sometimes the process won't allow for other luxuries. We work very hard and diligently to rectify issues customers don't see fit. Rest assured, we are working to improve our products and services in hopes of exceeding our valued customers' expectations. 💙 ~ Nyla from the PupSocks Team 🐶
