My order was received with plenty of enough time to be received by Christmas. But the poor shipping method of having UPS pick up to bring to a facility for USPS to pick up is horrible. The order shipped on 12/11 and has been sitting in limbo with no tracking updates since 12/15. Today is 12/27 and it is still sitting. I tried to email Pup Socks about it and the email comes back undeliverable. This is not a good business to deal with.

Unfortunately our photo didn't turn out well on the sock and you can't see our pups face. The material of the sock is not our favorite either.

Never received. Customer service non existent so far. Ordered it a month before the holidays, and nothing. Not even appearing in the tracker. For a company that's supposedly about humane treatment, this is a joke.

The picture came out too dark and looked terrible. I was very disappointed.

I received the wrong product (most likely someone else's order) and have not been able to get ahold of customer service. The form for contacting customer service has a spot to attach a picture but no matter how small I made the picture of what I received it said the picture was too large. The quality of the socks is also not great. The material feels very weird and almost plasticy. I would not recommend this company.

I ordered my socks weeks ago and there is still no tracking information for them. I am so disappointed as these were a Christmas present for 3 family members and I ordered them well in advance so they would arrive on time. I have emailed and messaged for help from the team with no response. Very unprofessional. Please can someone contact me for a refund and/or to tell me where my order is? I have also see that there is a Facebook page called “pupsocks or pupscam”, with hundreds of customers telling horror stories about this company, so I hold very little hope of ever seeing my order or money again. Very upsetting.

The socks don’t look like our cat. Our cat has long hair and it looks like you used a short hair cat template and cut off all her glorious fur which makes her undistinguishable.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the quality of the socks. These were purchased as a gift and I ended up not even giving them to the recipient due to the poor quality of material.
