I got the wrong socks the day before Christmas. They mismatched the dog mask I purchased with cat socks. They really need to do better with packing and shopping.

I placed an order on Dec 3 and as of Dec 27 I never got my order. This was a Christmas gift. So I am not very happy. I’ve tried reaching out to their customer service and have not heard back.

Wonky website interface resulted in me placing an order for the sample design. I got past that and ordered a custom design of my cat’s face, two pairs as a holiday gift for my kids. The email confirmation showed the correct screenshots I sent them. I received two pairs of a totally different order for Dog Dad with a dog’s head on them. Wrote customer service by email and FB Messenger, received a canned text message that someone with contact me within 24 hours. It’s been a week without any word. Right now, I can’t tell if PupSocks is fraudulent or jaw-droppingly incompetent. Do NOT recommend, esp. based on the majority of reviews describing a similar terrible experience. Would give zero stars if I could.

Took my money, product never arrived.

For the price, the quality and actually getting an order and getting a correct order, it may be smarter to look at another company that does the same service/products. I ordered items the day after Thanksgiving. One order never arrived and here it is December 27th. Then the second order I made, also the day after Thanksgiving, I received someone else’s socks instead of the actual socks I had ordered. I kindly emailed and reached out to let the company know about both of these problems on December 17th and here it is 10 days later and haven’t heard back nor has either one of the issues been resolved. $60.00 down the drain and 2 Christmas gifts not given to two people who are so caring and kind and would have loved socks with their dog and tacos printed on them. I know there are worst things in life but for goodness sakes Pupsock people, a refund or even a reply would have been nice. You get one start for the blanket. Now that was super soft and it was adorable. By the way… anyone missing their camo socks with two black labs faces printed on them? Because I got them and obviously they aren’t mine. I’d hate to throw them away.

Ordered OVER a month ago to avoid Christmas delays and shipment still has not arrived as of 12/27. Submitted an email for customer service and still no response. Will not order from Pup Socks again!

I received an empty envelope & have contacted this company 3 times with no response. I’ve never seen worse customer service. Maybe it’s all a fraud.

The image came out really dark, you can’t even tell it’s a photo. Looks like a silhouette. Disappointed on the outcome.
