Horrible delivery timing, will take you up to a month to receive your socks - might as well go somewhere else for cheaper and more timely. Order was placed on the 5th, today is currently the 27th and have not yet received my items. They say it takes max up to 8-10 days to have them delivered. Clearly not by these standards. There are other companies out there doing the same thing that have a way faster turn around period

I have been trying to get my order fixed for a week! No one has contacted me. My order was incorrect and I couldn't give it out for Christmas. I am still waiting for someone to respond.

I ordered from pupsocks on November 29 (a month in advance from Christmas) with a sentimental, light hearted gift idea for my family that will be saying goodbye to our 17 year old family dog within the next year. I have not received my order yet (Christmas has come and gone) and have tried twice to reach out to customer service (once two weeks ago and once this week) and no response whatsoever. I ordered 8 pairs which was a huge expense for just socks.

Company is a Scam! Do not use. No response after taking my money. Says they shipped on 12/13 and USPS has no record whatsoever of tracking. DO NOT USE!

I ordered a pair of socks and the order I received in the mail had another dogs face on it. Have tried contacting customer service multiple times and still have not received a response. Would not recommend!

I ordered the pup socks expecting, well, socks. The fabric of the items I received felt slick/smooth, unlike any sock material I've ever come across. I was also disappointed due to the fact I spent 60+ dollars for two pairs. I won't be purchasing again.

Order took over six weeks to arrive and missed the holiday deadline. Size was wrong and customer service never answered communication through multiple channels. Meh. Socks were Ok
