I received socks with 2 random dogs on them. I've sent message to company and have not received reply or refund. Extremely disappointing.

I have sent an email asking to be contacted regarding the four pair of socks I ordered with my dogs photo on them. Unfortunately, the photo on the socks just looks like a black circle and you can not tell it's a dogs face. The photo I supplied had great clarity and his eyes were bright. I do not understand why it came out so dark. I would have liked an email or a call letting mr know the quality and allow me to decide if they should make them or would recommend another photo. It's very disappointing that they would charge this amount of money for a black circle on these socks. I requested them to follow up with me and would like a full refund but no follow up. Not happy at all. I was so excited to give these as gifts ....not happy at all with the customer service or the socks.

Horrible quality and shipping experience.

I contacted customer service last week and have not heard back. I ordered two pairs. One pair is fine. The other pair, instead of my dog's face, it has a solid black outline of her face. :-(

Very unhappy w the print of the socks. The image was very dark and also the sock quality was not great

I could barely tell that the image was of my dog. Sock was low quality and was not contoured for a heel. It was just a long piece of fabric with an indistinguishable image on it.

I was super excited to receive this as a Christmas present for my partner. I understand that black dogs are hard to print, but 1/3 pictures turned out perfect. The other 2 were terrible quality. One of them you could not even see her face. I have not received a response from my email and I hope I do soon.

Worst customer service (or lack thereof). I ordered Christmas gifts for my parents a month in advance, a few days before Christmas, I recieved the wrong order and have reached out to customer service and heard nothing back. Super poor communication and honestly super disappointing given I paid for these as a gift.
