Order was never received.

I did not receive the correct image and never got a response when I attempted to contact them. I will not be ordering from them again nor would I recommend.

I received the wrong socks. I have tried to reach the company and after a week still have not received a response. Very discouraged.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I’ve emailed and messaged them multiple times weeks ago and no response. They sent me the wrong picture and the wrong theme of blanket. I would not recommend

Sock material was awful, and the pictures turned out horrible. They are unwearable.

They didn't crop correctly and printed the image so dark, It was just a blob. Super disappointed as these were supposed to be a gift.

Website promised delivery by Christmas. It’s December 27 and order still hasn’t arrived. Ordered on November 19.

I have been trying to contact you for weeks. It says my order was shipped however, it was handed off to UPS, who handed it off to the USPS who never received it, just the pallet it was supposed to be on. So Pup Socks doesn't have it, UPS won't talk to me because they don't have it, the US Post office doesn't have it, and I don't have it or any answers. It's bad enough I ordered back in November in time for Christmas, but now I'm out a gift and the cost of 3 pairs of socks and no help from anyone. I was at my local post office today who searched for me, even though they technically never even received it. I understand issues happen but the inability to contact PupSocks directly, or get a response from them is very frustratng. Order # 2635891
