Never received my order, its been almost 2 months. Cannot get through to customer service and never receive responses on inquiries.

I ordered a pair of socks on 7 December 2021 and I STILL as of 2 February 2022 do not have the socks!!! I had to reach out to the company 3 times and it took at least a week for them to get back to me to tell me that they were having technical issues and they were not able to produce the socks. THEY STILL CHARED ME and never offered a refund!!! I spend $27 on a pair of socks that were supposed to be a gift for my nephew that he will never get. I am EXTREMELY disappointed that I had to do all the communicating and they still kept my money!!

Yikes! Be very careful of ordering socks with PupSocks. We received a horrible pair of socks that had black blotches that purportedly should have been a likeness of our dogs face. Ha! It looked like a black amoeba vs any dogs face let alone our dog. Additionally the sock material is like nothing you could imagine, paper like thin. So here it is 2-3 months later after several messages to them they refunded just the cost of the socks but refused to deduct shipping. BE CAREFUL, VERY CAREFUL OF THIS BAIT N SWITCH FIRM.

These "socks" are not shaped like feet. They are more accurately described as "envelopes made out of stretchy material". They don't fit at all. On the plus side, the image was great. I won't be buying here again.

I HIGHLY discourage anyone from exposing themselves to the frustrations and utter incompetence of this company. I ordered several pairs of socks, in various sizes, and despite three attempts at getting it correct, they failed to deliver the products ordered. Their final "solution" was to offer a partial store credit for a future purchase - which they can't fulfill. If you have time on your hands and want to experience a challenge with a faceless company (there is no phone number to contact them), then by all means, place an order and prepare to be disappointed and frustrated with their approach to "customer service."

Ordered socks more than 2 months ago now, still haven't received anything. Tried contacting the company via e-mail and social media, but haven't received a reaction. Total scam...

DO NOT ORDER FROM PUPSOCKS! I PLACED AN ORDER ON 11/12/2021 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT AS OF 1/28/2022. I HAVE CONTACTED THE COMPANY FOUR TIMES WITH ONLY ONE REPLY (IN MID-DEC) AND STILL NO RESULTS, IN SPITE OF THE FACT THAT THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE PRODUCT I ORDERED. THIS IS AN HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY CUSTOMER, I PROMISE. #MAD #RIPPEDOFF
