I placed an order for four pairs of socks and a blanket on November 26, 2021 and I still have only received the blanket. I did not receive the four pairs of socks I ordered. I have emailed Pupsocks several times and received no response. I spent over two hundred dollars on this order and I am truly disappointed in Pupsocks customer service. After a month of not receiving a response from Pupsocks, it seems as if they do not value me as a return customer.

Ordered 23 Days ago, still havn't received my 3 Pairs of socks. Wrote a Ticket to the support - no answer.

I haven't received my order yet (28/12/2021). The order was confirmed on 3 December.

These socks fit so extremely tight that unless you are wanting compression socks, you won’t be able to wear them. I ordered the size according to my husbands foot and he cannot leave them on for more than 10 min. I also put a special request in the area that they provided and it was ignored. They also took 3 weeks to arrive….. missing the birthdate intended. Not impressed.

I did not receive the socks I ordered.

I have an order that has NOT been received. I have tracked it as far as I Can I have emailed & messaged them 7 times & still NO response. This isn’t right.

i still haven’t gotten my socks. it was for christmas and i was told they’d be here by 12/21
