Ordered on November 14th for a Christmas present never received it I’m just want my money back at this point

I placed an order on November 10th and have reached out to the company on numerous occasions only to be told someone will respond in 72 hours. It has been weeks and no one has responded. Buyer beware. Where's an update on my order?

I ordered 2 masks and 3 pairs of socks in November. I received the masks and they were really cute, however the socks did not come. I have emailed twice and used the ask a question method on the website 3 times over the last 3 weeks and have NEVER gotten a response. I am so disappointed the gifts never arrived for Christmas- the cost isn't cheap and to not even get a response from the company is terrible. I wish I had seen the reviews from this site I would not have ordered. Such a great concept and would have been a nice gift if only the company were more professional. If they really sold over a million pairs of socks they should have the money to hire enough customer service personal to respond to customer inquiries as well as enough production staff to fulfill orders in a timely manner. They just lost what would have been a repeat customer.

I ordered a blanket and socks. I received the blanket but didn’t receive the socks. Yes they were paid for and money was removed from my account. When I try calling I do not get a response.

Ordered Black Friday weekend so plenty of time to get for Christmas Didn’t get complete order. Have reached out for 2 weeks with zero response at all. Called a customer service # who said they’d refund me then hung up on me and now won’t answer my call. I’ve asked for complete refund numerous times and also no response. Ridiculously poor customer service. Wouldn’t give a star if possible

It’s been more than a month and I haven’t received my order

It is not the material of a sock! So disappointing. Then the image of my dog was so dark!!!! It looks like a black blob. I double checked my photo and it was not that dark. I wish someone would have asked for a different image. WASTE OF MONEY. SO UPSET I PAID FOR IT.

This company did not deliver custom-made socks with my recently deceased beloved lab for my daughters. I made the purchase on Cyber-Monday, and kept getting emails from the company. However, when I inquired about delivery, I never got any straight answers from anyone within the organization. The company doesn't offer a phone number, and will not respond to my requests to refund my order. If I could give this company, a zero star rating, I would.
