I was sent the wrong blanket. I sent them an email stating that the wrong item was sent and they haven't replied to my issue. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter. Now I have a blanket with someones cat on it. I ordered one with my daughter's dog on it. Super disappointed with the entire situation. What a waste of money. Thanks for the worthless blanket.

very disappointed in shipping. Never ordering from this company again, would appreciate a refund on the order. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO ANY OF MY MESSAGES, I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THEY'RE ABILITY TO RESOLVE ISSUES.

Super poor quality Funny gag gift but not actually wearable

I've ordered from Divvy socks company and the quality of their actual sock is 100% better than the ones from Pupsocks. It doesn't even look like a functional sock. The print also came out just OK. One of the photos is came out really dark (yes, I should've lightened it myself - I take responsibility on this one) but they have specific designers working on each profile of each photo - no one thought to lighten the photo up for better visual? I give you one star for cutting out the faces, which doesn't say much overall. If you're looking for an actual sock you can wear like a normal, everyday sock instead of a gag sock that looks like it'll wear out in one wash, buy from Divvy socks. Same price and again, better quality sock.

The photo of the dog on the socks was extremely dark not very happy. If it was a matter of the quality of the photo I should’ve been informed. I’m trying to get a hold of customer service but I cannot find a phone number I would like a refund I’m extremely unhappy with the quality and the amount that I was charged

Did not receive my full order, paid for 2 pairs of socks (over $50) and only received 1.

My order did not take the 8-10 days as stated, but rather over a month! A delay was expected with the holidays though. I ordered an extra large blanket with 2 dogs on it. I received a blanket with 1 dog and after a week of contacting the company, I am still waiting for any type of response.

These socks are a cute gift. The customer service is very good. The material that a sock is made out of is very uncomfortable. The one star is because they’re not a wearable sock. Just a cute gift.
