COLIN
The print is excellent and exactly what you'd hope for. Clear pictures of your loved ones. The sock quality isn't the greatest but I wouldn't except anyone is buying these to put into their daily rotation.

I bought a pair of these socks for my now ex girlfriend that had a picture of our dog on it. After we broke up she kept the dog and the socks

I got these socks for my boyfriend and they’re adorable! Only bummer is they’re not as stretchy as regular socks.

Kenny
These socks are amazing. The pictures of our dogs came out so perfectly. My wife loves them. The only issue is that I ordered two pair and one of them is a bit smaller than the other.

Paige
The finished product was great and my sister loved them. My only issue was with the website as I was paying. I purchased the socks as a gift, as I assume most of your customers do as well, and during the checkout process there was no differentiation between a billing address and a shipping address. My sister lives several states away and I was concerned that my payment would not process due to the fact that I was shipping it to an address that was not my own. Luckily everything worked out, but I feel like having a separate billing and shipping address within the check out process is pretty common and not that difficult to add.

Hi Paige! Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review! We are elated to hear that your sister's socks turned out amazing and were delivered to the right address. As long as your shipping address is correct, your package will be sent to the correct location. We understand it can be very confusing to have the billing and shipping address as the same and we will definitely keep your feedback in mind while making future improvements. Thanks for shopping with us! The PupSocks Team -Tyler 💖
Taylor
The print on the socks was amazing but the quality of the socks is a little off, they aren’t like normal socks they are kind of glued together rather than sewn. I bought them as a gift and my family loved them!
Response from GoPupSocksAug 14, 2019
Hey Taylor! Thank you for your purchase. The PupSocks team is happy that you like the print of your custom PupSocks and that they were loved by your family, however, we are disappointed that the quality didn't meet your standards. Please lookout for an email to receive more information on the condition of the socks you received. Thank you for your feedback. The PupSocks Team -Tyler 🐝
