The socks are super cute... the picture looks just like our dog. But the socks are small... I ordered an adult uni-sex size and they are too tight in the calve. what good is super cute socks if they are uncomfortable.

I purchased the socks for my son. I chose the option for gift wrapping for an extra charge. My son received the package but it was not gift wrapped. However, they did charge me. Disappointed. They did refund the charge and wrote me an apology email.

It’s been a month and I haven’t received my order yet. I contacted customer service a week ago via email and got an automated reply but then nothing further. Yesterday i realized that I could track the order and it says that it went to the shipping facility on Dec 3rd, which suggests that the socks were produced within two weeks of placing the order but there are no updates since then (now Dec 15th). So I’m not sure if they got lost in shipping, or if there’s an issue due to the fact that I’m in Canada. So I can’t review the socks because I don’t have them.

They sent me a defective item (shipping was fast) and would not replace. Took them a week to reply. They wanted me to pay to ship my item back to them, even though it was their mistake. UPDATE: Upped to 3 stars. After arguing with customer service via email for a couple weeks they sent me a replacement item free of charge.

Their customer service is not good. So if you're not in a hurry, I guess it's okay but I still haven't received 2 orders that were placed months ago

I rated 3 stars due to the size of the socks are smaller I ordered the largest size and they are really tight. It took almost a month to receive the socks. The company used DHL to ship the socks and than DHL transferred to USPS. I put in 2 emails requesting a update on the order and response from PUP SOCKS was slow.

I finically got my order. The picture is cute ion the socks but the socks themselves are really odd looking and not sure my daughter will actually wear them. The material is very synthetic and slippery feeling and I imagine they will be sweaty too. They are really super wide too. Just like nothing I have seen before in a sock. Looked like a scarf when I first opened the package.
