I ordered 10 pairs of socks for Christmas on 11/26. I'm writing this review on 12/28 and the socks still haven't arrived. On 12/14 I received an email that the socks had shipped, but when I click on the tracking number, it's clear that nothing has shipped yet, and as of today my order status still says "Processing." So disappointing.

I placed an order on December 6 and received no notifications regarding the order for a week. I sent an email to customer service and received no response. I was informed that the item shipped on December 14, but the company did not provide the item to the shipper for yet another week or so. I sent another email to customer service but again received no response. The item FINALLY arrived 2 days AFTER Christmas. I have never heard back from customer service regarding my emails to them. The socks seem relatively cheap too. There are other options for socks with pups on them--choose any of those but do not order from PupSocks.

Do not buy these socks. A complete waste of money. Trying to get customer service to answer my emails still. The socks are the poorest quality I have ever seen. Dollar store is better. What a joke.

Still haven't received the socks I ordered on 12/6/2021. The email address doesn't work for pupsocks and Noone has responded to my online inquiry.

In the FAQ section it says that someone will let you know if you need to change your image. No one informed me that my image was too dark. The image on the dock looks terrible. Very disappointed. Still waiting for customer service to contact me.

I ordered 2 pairs of socks. One was correct and the other one was wrong. They were socks that someone else had ordered, with someone else’s dog. I attempted to contact you through your website, your chat, and email. I have not heard back from you. It has been more than 72 hours. Your company must be pretty dysfunctional because this is very sketchy behavior.

I ordered socks a year ago and was happy with my experience. I ordered socks and a mask this Christmas and only received the mask. My order says complete as it’s suppose to be all delivered. I have sent 2 emails and have not received any answers as to where my paid products could be or what the company is willing to do. Very disappointed as I really like what the company does and how they help with their profits. But I’m extremely ticked that I feel I have been ripped off. I’m hoping someone will contact me to resolve this issue and restore my faith in Pupsocks.
