Great looking socks but small for European male feet. Delivery took a very long time

I was surprised when my pup socks arrived! The image of my dog's face was perfect but the sock fabric was not what I expected. It is fine, just not like a usual cotton sock. These socks have a smooth surface and are unlike any socks I have ever seen. I am giving these as a gift and hope the recipient is ok with this. It took longer to get it in the mail (from the date I was notified it was en route) than usual as well. I still think this concept is wonderful.

Quality is yuck and they took too long.

I love the socks! The image is clear and the socks are of good quality. It took 3 weeks to receive them though and I could not reach anyone by phone to get information on the status of my order. I sent an email and received a reply several days later. If pup socks could improve on customer service I would give 5 stars.

I ordered my socks Nov 25th - it's Dec 16th and I still haven't received them. I realize it's the holiday season, but 3+ weeks for 2 pair of socks? Very disappointed - they'd better be worth the (long) wait.

One sock has a black line all around where the seam is. Sent them an email still waiting. It’s s gift that is mailed, have no option but to mail it or it will be late. I am taking photos, would like it replaced
