Long shipping time and disappointed with the material and quality of print color.

Ordering was simple but after 3 weeks I still don’t have my order which was for Xmas. Too long of a time to deliver actual product.

** Update*** I received my socks on Christmas Eve. I never did hear back from Pupsocks about my concerns but the socks did arrive. I've updated from 1 star to 3 as I'm not happy about the time or lack of communication but they did deliver to socks. It’s been a month since i ordered my socks - 3 pairs. They were supposed to be for Christmas. The tracking number I was given shows they made it to Florida on Dec 7 ???? I’m in Canada. I’ve tried contacting pupsocks by email and had no response. I’ve lost all faith.

Placed an order on Nov 25th for a blanket with our dogs face. Website indicates to allow 7 business days for production and then another 7 or so for shipping. It is now Dec 21st, and have received no other communication from the company other than they received my payment within seconds of ordering. Not responding to emails, and after a thorough search, found the phone number is no longer in service. Filed a dispute with the credit card company, so hopefully will get my money back. Many, many reports online of the same problem. It is obvious they are posting their own bogus reviews. Please do not fall for this scam Hopefully, unlike me, you will do your research first. The owner, pretty much a kid who dropped out of college, has multiple websites that are similar, all with the same consumer experience. Two are my photo socks and face socks. Such a shame, it would have been a great Christmas gift. UPDATE: received our blanket on 12/28, which was ordered 11/25. I will have to say the product is great. Nice blanket and the photo is of good quality. After all the reviews of getting the wrong item, I was really nervous when I saw it had shipped. I also believe by posting a negative review here and reporting to the BBB, that got the order jump started. Within 2-3 days, our order was on the way. Initial star rating was 1, but I have upgraded it to 3. Honestly, if there had been no issues with receiving it, it would have been 4 to 5 stars. Happy with the blanket

The socks are a hoot and the images came out very well. However, your customer service is lacking - I never got a response to my inquiry where my order was on 12/13, and the order took a month to get to me!

The picture quality on the socks aren’t the greatest. They definitely look better on the ads. Also, I asked to have words added. But no one ever responded or got back to me to say if they could or couldn’t do it.

Disappointed that the light haired dog’s face was printed on a white background. You can barely see the dog. And there there was the delay....ughhh!

I purchased 2 two-packs as Christmas gifts. The pictures on one set were crystal clear and the pictures on the second set were marginal (faded, blurry). I understand it probably has to do with the quality of the photos I sent, but they looked fine to me. That's a lot of money to pay for blurry pup socks! Also, the material the socks are made of is very funky. Not sure I would wear them myself! However, if I had only ordered the one set that came out well, I would have given a 5 star rating.
