The process of making my pup socks was very simple, however I could not work out how to order multiple socks in multiple sizes using the same picture. I ordered my socks over 1 month ago, and they are still “in production” so I cannot comment on the final product. I am extremely dissatisfied that my order has taken so long, when I was assured from the customer service team that my product would arrive before Christmas.

I ordered two sets of socks. The first set was ordered Nov 18, and they arrived in 2 weeks. They're great. The second set was ordered on Nov 25, and I have not received them yet. Disappointed they won't arrive for Christmas.

Communication is a major problem. Chatted with someone 24 hours after I sent order (because I had made an error on my order). After 30 minutes she basically told me all she could do was relay my request. I then sent an email, and it took 2 weeks for them to respond (and they told me since so much time had passed since I placed order there was nothing they could do!) Unable to talk with a live person....and all I got was a runaround...very very frustrating!! Received my order 3 weeks later. Ordered 8 pair - and 7 pair turned out great. The 8th pair is really cute- but have no idea whose dog is on the socks!! I double checked my order that I sent, and it most definitely was not this dog picture. Emailed them immediately, and of course, still have heard nothing. Socks are great...but customer service isn’t.

Product quality is amazing. Disappointed how long the shipping was. Shipped about a week after ordering and I didn’t get it for almost a month. I would order more if I could get it quicker.

Love the tote bag but not the socks so a 3 star rating from me. Problem with the socks is that they are not very comfortable and not very stretchy. And because the socks are long, makes it impossible to pull it up.

The mugs are an amazing idea for any animal lover except when the photo is copied behind all the others and gets cut off for 75% of the mug. Each photo should’ve been set to sit in front and layered. The cute photo I selected is only fully visible about 4 times and the rest is cut off. “Here is a mug with your dogs face cut off 82 times” is not the best gift.

Sock size ranges are too broad and due to design of sock (wel-defined heel) really only fit the high end of the size range. Print quality is good but be sure to provide bright picture.

I don't really care for the material. I thought they would be softer.
