Took forever to get my order. Like months to receive the goods. Socks were cheap and photos were not good of them animals. I would never order from this company again

I ordered from pup socks over a month before Christmas — Before Black Friday even. And I STILL have not received my order!! It’s 3 days past Christmas. Can’t blame the shipper entirely since it wasn’t even shipped until 12/20. Completely ridiculous - wouldn’t order again. Can’t comment on the product since it hasn’t been received.

My order never arrived. Not amused.

I think this is hilarious that I’m asked to give a review when I still haven’t received my order. I ordered Dec 1 and have emailed several times and only received one respond (I believe it was an auto generated response). The next day I received a shipping label that was created by still hasn’t shipped. I have sent yet another email asking for a full refund. If I don’t receive the refund I will go through my payment processor and report it as a scam.

Never received and got someone else’s order. Unable to get through to customer service

Still no socks almost 4 weeks after I ordered and paid for them. Their email 2 weeks ago said the socks were shipped, but when I click on the tracking number, status still just says “ready for pickup.” Poor to downright misleading communication. I now find Better Business Bureau complaints against them for lack of delivery. Do not order from this company!

I ordered my socks for my GF on Dec 11,2021. According to their shipping information, it takes anywhere from 5-15 days. Not only did I not receive it by Christmas but it is now the 28th, and I still have not received it. If I had known it would not arrive on time, I would have never ordered these. To go along with this, I have tried to connect with someone online and it has been over 20 hours and still no response. Horrible experience for some over priced socks.

disappointed would be an understatement. ordered 12/7, shipped (allegedly) 12/17. nothing received. no update, nothing. just a tracking number that says a shipping date will be given shortly. it's now 12/28 and nothing. no response to the nearly half dozen emails I have sent because there is no phone number. Was a Christmas gift. not sure if this will garner a reply. but there will be negative reviews until resolved.
