GoPupSocksReviews of gopupsocks.com

I ordered PupSocks as a Christmas present for family members, a month prior however still have not recieved the socks. Unsure whether this is PupSocks or the logistics company but am disappointed as I thought a month would be ample time.

Shipping was slow and the one simple request I made in the comments section was not honored. I emailed customer service over a week ago and never received a reply. Product quality seems OK though.

Ordered a blanket for Christmas delivery on 12/1. It is 12/25. I have not received my blanket. It was supposed to be a surprise gift for my daughter. I emailed customer service two weeks ago and never got a response. When I go to 'track your order' it still says "in production". I am extremely disappointed that this product was not received by Christmas as indicated by their website. Update: Order received a week after Christmas. Must admit product is excellent. Still very disappointed. Changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

*Changing my review* - just received the product and it is EXCELLENT quality and did arrive just in time on Christmas Eve. For the quality and the Christmas miracle I am changing from 1 to 3 stars. Still should have received some sort of communication ! Horrible customer service, no phone number to call and they haven’t responded to my emails or online inquiry on the status of my order. I placed my order on Dec 1 for a Christmas gift and it’s christmas Eve now and I don’t have a gift. No status of shipment, no apologies for delay, NOTHING. I can’t even get in touch to get my money back, may need to contact the BBB.

ALERT ALERT ALERT !!! The only reason I am giving this 3 stars is because they won't post NEGATIVE stars !!! I placed my order for a blanket on 11/25 and to this day I will not have my Christmas gift!!! I have emailed the website SEVERAL times with no response. They have my money and I have no blanket - AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!

The socks took a while to get to me. I was not really impressed with the type of sock used. Don't know if my daughters will actually wear them.

Ordered socks on November 26th for Christmas. Tracking order just said it was in production on Christmas Eve and package arrived after 6 pm. They never responded to my emails and I could not find a phone number to call. I can’t even cancel the order. Originally rated a 1 but switched to a 3 once they arrived.

The pictures on the socks turned out great, but the sizing is horrendously off!! I ordered 2 pairs for my kids, and these socks are soooo big & wide, I'm not sure if they will ever fit. Expensive gift for something they probably won't get to wear.
