This company is a scam. Placed my order November 15 and still waiting. No response from the company after 4 messages left. I see that other people have posted similar experiences on Facebook. Will be filling a fraud complaint with my credit card company and hopefully get reimbursed.

Product I received was not what I ordered. Contacted customer service on 12/22/21 and have not yet received a response

albeit my order was correct, ZERO communication from the company. Read hundreds of unsatisfied customers' testimonials and how they still haven't received their product or it was the complete wrong order. no accountability, no responses, no phone number to call, zero professionalism. STAY AWAY

Ordered socks and provided the faces of 4 of our pets to be printed on them, 2 dogs and 2 cats. After over a month we finally received the socks but NONE of the requested faces were printed on the socks. Instead the socks had the face of a generic French bulldog. Ok, mistakes happen. But I have email customer service 5 times over the last 2 weeks and have tried twice to use the “chat” option in the site and I’ve gotten no response what do ever. Talk about a scam!!

TL;DR: I ordered on the 15th of November to give as a gift for Christmas. It is now the 29th and they still haven't left the USA! To be honest this whole process has been terrible. I ordered the socks on the 15th of November. They weren't even shipped until the 16th of December! By their "estimate" they should have been delivered to me by then. I enquired about my order on the 9th of December and got a response on the 22nd! I then responded to that email with words similar to this review immediately. 7 days later I still don't have a response to that email A fail in every aspect.

I submitted multiple requests via email for assistance with my order and received auto-responses stating how busy you were, and that you would get back to me shortly. This was 2 weeks ago. I will never buy from you again

So disappointed. This was an xmas gift for my husband. First, the sock material SUCKS, not even comfy. Worse, my dog is a rottie and the pics all over the sock are one dark blur with NO features. COMPLETE waste of money and HUGELY disappointed gift recipient.

I did not receive the correct order. I received someone else's order. I have made multiple attempts to email the company with no response.... not happy
