I ordered socks Thanksgiving weekend. They were shipped on Dec. 9, and I have still not received them!!!!!!!

Ordered November 28. As of December 28, have not received order.

Ordered a pair of socks and a blanket for a Christmas present on 7 December. Order still hasn’t arrived on 28 December. Site stated 8 business days. To top it off, never received a response from a message I sent. No customer service number, so they can hide in internet ether. Hopefully the order is worth it when it finally gets here.

I ordered the 2nd of Dec. didn’t receive order until the 24th. My order was not correct. I ordered a mask and pair of mens socks with one dog on both, I ordered two pairs of socks with a dog (different from first). I received the two with the same dog and the mask with dog and a pair of socks with someone else’s cat. I’ve contacted customer service, with immediate email saying it will take 72 hrs to receive response; four days later I am still waiting. Will contact better business bureau next.

very bad quality material and also bad quality print. You get a pair of very poor quality, plastic material socks for $30.

NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH.

I saw ad for Pupsocks on FB. They make socks printed your dog's face on them. I thought they will be a great gift for my husband. I ordered them on Dec 5th, and got notification that they would be shipped on the 12th. I checked the tracking number, but they had no record of shipping. I sent many emails asking Pupsocks what happened. Of course, no reply. I had to tell my husband his Christmas gift was not delivered by Christmas morning. Today, on Dec. 28th, the Pupsocks finally arrived. They were not socks, but tubes. Wired, almost plastic-like material, no heels. Our dog's face was awfully printed. I am so disappointed. I would not order from them. I feel like I wasted my gift. Do not waste your money ($24.99 + shipping for this material?!)

We ordered on 12/12/21 there was no mention of orders and cut off times to not be made for Christmas. The order said it was shipped on 12/19. Two days later it was showing that UPS has still not received the package. I emailed them asking for help and received and order saying they would get back to us in 72 hours. It is 8 days later, no one has gotten back to us. No proof was sent, the order arrived 3 days after Christmas. The printing is dark, blurry and unrecognizable, no sizes are labeled. The product and the customer service is terrible.
