Hi Heather! Thanks for shopping with PupSocks! We are happy that you are pleased with the way your order turned out but disappointed that they were a little big and that the picture quality did not meet your expectations. We are glad that you were able to make good use of them anyway and that you highly recommend us 🙌 Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! We look forward to fulfilling any future orders you may have! The PupSocks Team -Tyler 🌸

Hi Laura, Thanks for shopping with us! We are excited that you love your socks but disappointed that you felt misled that a small portion of your purchase was donated to our furry friends. Although the donation may be small , 1% of multiple orders can make a huge difference. Thank you for your contribution and for sharing your feedback with us. We look forward to doing business with you again. The PupSocks Team -Tyler 💗

Hi EveArre! Thanks for sharing your feedback with us! We're excited that you love your order! Unfortunately, there are many competitor companies that offer socks that look similar to our socks, they also offer different discounts than us. Currently, we don't offer a Buy 2 Get 1 deal, I do apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Although that specific deal was not from our website, we offer many different discounts on our website and we offer different deals to our valued customers. I hope this helps! Thank you for shopping with us! We hope to do business with you again soon! The PupSocks Team -Tyler 🐝
