Christmas presents for my daughters
Ordered in November and got just in time for Christmas. Socks are not the best quality they are a nylon type fabric but that might be necessary to hold the pictures. Pictures were cropped a little close. I find the price too expensive for the product but my girls loved them. Almost $50 for 2 pair of socks. Hoping they hold up through a few washes. They make a unique gift but I just wasn’t overly impressed with quality or the 4 week turn around.

Great product, horrible service
The socks are awesome, they look amazing. I am so displeased with the customer service. I was never notified that the socks were shipped, I only ever received an order confirmation. I never knew when they were going to arrive. I sent an email and never received a response. I sent a follow up and still never received a response. I only received a response when I already received the socks. I will never order another item.

The socks run big and are not the softest sock I have ever had. The picture of our dog turned out great. Wish they would make a no show.

Dog socks
The quality of the socks is fine, but it took a whole month to receive the, they were order on Nov 29, and I received them Dec. 26. Too late for a Christmas gift.

Not what I ordered & long wait time
The product turned out good but I chose the option for 2 pictures (and paid more) and it ended up only being 1 picture on the socks. Also, it took a full month for me to receive the socks.

Poor Quality, Delayed Delivery, Over-Priced
I ordered 4 pairs of socks for my family on Black Friday. They didn't come in until Christmas Eve--talk about a LONG time. For the price you pay for these things, you would think they would let you track the socks and have them delivered in a timely manner. The quality of the picture is just okay. Although PupSocks let me crop the pictures how I wanted them, they went ahead and cropped them even more....what was the point of giving the customer the chance to crop it, if you are just going to crop it anyways? Keep in mind that they will only keep the face of the dog/cat--no body--and might even cut off parts of the head like they did with mine. The socks themselves are pretty cheaply made. I wasn't expecting great quality, but something more than just a cheap worn cotton t-shirt feel. Definitely over-priced for a below-average sock with a picture that they changed with a delayed delivery.
