I have never received the socks I ordered over one month ago. I was emailed they shipped but have never arrived and the tracking says every day they should arrive by 9 pm but they never do. I have emailed for assistance and have received no response. I intended these as a gift and am super disappointed.

I placed my order on 11/26 and received an email in 12/01 saying my order had shipped. When it arrived I only received 1/2 my order. The mask is great but I ordered the socks as a gift, and the mask for myself. I waited hoping the socks would still arrive. I reached out and got no response. I reached out a second time and on 12/16 received a reply stating someone would contact me within 72 hours. Today is 12/28 and I’m still waiting. I understand the holidays and all but at least honor your email reply, 72 hours is 3 days, it’s been 12 days. I really wanted the socks. Hoping they still come, but wondering if I can get a refund if they don’t.

Never got my order. Placed it on 11/18/21 and not only did I NOT receive the socks by Christmas to give to my husband... it is now 12/28/21 and my order isn't here. I'm so angry that I've paid over $30 for a pair of socks that I guess are never going to arrive. I emailed and asked about my order but they never wrote me back. They also sent me an email ASKING FOR A REVIEW ON A PRODUCT I'VE PAID FOR BUT NEVER RECEIVED. I'm so tired of getting "taken" by Internet companys.

The sent me a blanket with the stock photo animals and have not responded about sending me a new one or refunding me. Horrible!

Terrible it’s been 3 weeks and I have not gotten my product yet

I was so looking forward to getting these socks and giving them as a special Christmas gift, but was EXTREMELY disappointed when they arrived. The fabric is terrible! It’s slick and has very little “give” or stretch to them as most socks would have. They were also small and tight on just an average foot. I was embarrassed to give them because they were so disappointing, but they took so long to arrive that I didn’t have time to go out to get something else. What a disappointment!

I wish I could vote no stars. Ordered on 11/26. Was told I'd receive my order 8-10 business days. It's 12/28 and I'm still waiting. Numerous changes in delivery date. No responses to emails until 12/23. Item didn't arrive in time for Christmas. Order now appears to have been given to USPS with another 3-8 day delivery window. Pupsocks continues to blame shipper when they didn't give product to shipper until late on 12/20. No real concern about customer and no real help in resolution. They refuse me a full refund until I return the item -- which I have no idea when I'll get. We're stuck waiting to see if the package ever arrives and wondering how long a refund will take since the package is no longer needed as it was for a Christmas gift exchange. Win-win for them -- they have my money and have me stuck in an endless loop of waiting.
