Poor cropping of photo
I received a pair of socks with a horrible cropping job. I asked for a full body image that included the dog’s Mohawk. I received an image of just the dog’s head. The dog’s chin was cut off. Customer service was good. They said they’d send me a new pair with a full body image. I then received another pair with just the head but this time the dog’s chin was not cut off. Customer service recognized their mistake right after that item shipped and promised a third pair with a full body image. They even sent a jpg showing what it would look like. Unbelievably, I received a third pair of socks with just the head. By this time it was too late to send them out to my daughter with her Christmas packages. I did get a full refund. The socks are a cute idea but I’ve lost faith that they could get another order correct. I won’t order again.
