This is a follow up review which I think is only fair. The first review I posted was ONE STAR and that was because I had waited and waited after placing my order with no updates nor reply to my inquiries. I was disappointed as this was intended for Valentine's Day. Shortly after posting my review, I received a professional and informative email from the company. I understood they were deluged, but a lot of customer confidence damage had been done. At this point, all I wanted were my socks. A couple of email exchanges later with updates, I got my socks!! They came yesterday, ordered on Jan 11. All that aside, they were worth waiting for. They are perfect. It is unfortunate the company didn't reach out sooner.

**UPDATE** I am editing this review as there has been a new development. Pup Socks reached out to me to apologize for the lack of communication and to offer me a discount on my socks because of the delay and comm issues. I appreciate that very much. I used to work in the eCommerce/daily deal space and I know how some small businesses can get overwhelmed by promos. It is still on them to handle that but the daily deal sites don't act scrupulously. Also, I am a firm believer in the mantra that it isn't IF you make mistakes, because we all do. It is HOW you handle them. Pup Socks made this right by me which is a measure of a good organization. They still didn't execute my order well so I have to leave this as an average interaction (3 stars). OLD REVIEW: This will sound exactly like the other reviews but here goes anyways. I ordered 2 pairs of socks on 1/29/19 for my wife for a Valentines Day gift knowing that they might not come in 2 weeks. I paid $45 for them which is a lot but their custom photo socks so I didn’t mind. I would have even been ok if they had responded to my first email before Valentines Day when I asked if they’d be shipped in time. I got no response until today almost 2 weeks after I sent multiple emails trying to get an update. Then the response only mentions why the production was delayed, not about why I (and many others) received no responses for so long. I have no idea if the socks are high quality or not so I won’t speak to that but I can speak to what is, at best, a completely overwhelmed company that mismanaged a promotion and at worst an organization that cares far more about revenue than about its customers.

I purchased three pairs. For the third pair, the fabric was washed out /bleached. I emailed Pup Socks and would expect a replacement pair but I have not been contacted by Pup Socks yet. I'm disappointed. And, hope they contact me soon.

Overall ok, late delivery which meant it did not arrive in time for Xmas but you get that!! They are super cute though, the quality could be slightly better.

Some good, some bad. When I saw the advertisement for Pupsocks, I was so excited and knew my son would love socks with his dog’s pic on them so I ordered two pair on Nov 28 2018 as a stocking stuffer. I also placed 2 more orders for friends the next week because I thought it was such a cute and unique idea. My first order arrived incorrect. One pair had our dog’s picture but the second pair was not our dog. My husband and I reached out multiple ways: tried to find a phone number (no luck), emailed them through their website and from my personal email account (no response over the next couple weeks) and my husband went to Atlanta to the two addresses he could find. One was a condominium with no entry option and the second was a UPS store front. He left his name and number and a brief description of the situation with UPS but no response from Pupsocks. On Dec 21, I finally got an email from them apologizing but asking for a picture to confirm the error which I sent back the same day requesting either the correct socks or a refund for the second pair. To date, I have had no resolution. I’ve followed up again with an email but no response. I realize this is a start up company but am sad to admit I will probably never use them again or recommend them. Such a cute idea...just disappointed that they don’t seem to care. By the way, the 2 orders for friends arrived as ordered.

I LOVE the pictures on the socks! They transferred wonderfully. The only drawback -- Sizing. They are all cut REALLY SMALL -- so I would encourage you to order the next size up from your normal sock size!

I ordered several things from PupSocks and I was happy with most of what I received. There was one pair of socks that I received that were definitely meant for someone else but since I made such a large order I can understand a possible mixup of one of the items. The timing for receiving the items was a little longer than I expected based on their production estimate on their site but I still received them before christmas which is all that really mattered to me.

It took way too long to get my order. also I wanted the blanket in the picture to be included with my pet on the socks. there was no indication that it wouldn't be on the socks. There needs to be clearer more specific instructions on the site to indicate what exactly will be printed on the socks.
