Hi Danika, Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. While we are happy to hear that the images used were printed clearly and that the delivery process was smooth, we are disappointed that the socks did not fit as anticipated. Although our socks are not shaped like traditional socks, they are meant to form to the foot once worn. Our customer's satisfaction is our #1 priority, and we would love to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please lookout for a resolution email from our team. Thank you for your patience. Hi Debbie, Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. While we are happy to hear one pair turned out fine, we are disappointed to hear that the other pair was incorrect. The holidays are our busiest time of the year, and our team works hard to ensure that everyone receives their order, so we are disappointed that this was not the case for your order. After looking into your order, It looks like we were able to provide you with a resolution, but we will be sure to keep your feedback in mind while making future changes. The PupSocks Team -Tyler B.
