Turnaround time and customer service responsiveness is lacking. If you need an order make sure you order at least two months in advance. The products themselves are thin and fit uncomfortably. I was also sent somebody else’s dog for the design instead of what I submitted.

I ordered socks at least two weeks before Xmas and still have not received order

I'd love to provide a review but I'm very disappointed that they haven't arrived yet ..

I have not received my order, placed December 10th. It was supposed to have been shipped.12/19. Cannot locate item. Was supposed to be here by Christmas. Contacted company. No response. Contacted delivery company: no response. Next step, I'll try for a refund: not hopeful.

I ordered a blanket with plenty of time to get here for Christmas for my kiddo. It still isn’t here, so I have no idea what it even looks like/the quality, etc.

do not order from them check BBB first I got marketed on IG and purchased product which never arrived and they have no phone # and they wont return an email I am led to believe this is a scam

Ordered socks to arrive before Christmas. Kept saying “processing” for a week even though I was told 2 days processing and then would be shipped. 7 days later they finally wrote they were “shipped” and gave a tracking number. when I click on tracking number is says waiting for pickup, label created. 8 days later it still says the same thing. I have sent at least 10 messages that all show read but never replied to. Worst customer service I’ve ever run into. Won’t refund, won’t send product! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CC!
