I ordered these for a Christmas gift in the middle of November I still have not received them and it’s New Year’s

I ordered two sets of socks, one with my one sons dog on it, the other with my other sons two dogs on it. The second pair had one of my sons dogs faces, but the other dog was not his, so I now have a pair of socks with the face of one of my dogs and someone’s else’s dog too. I sent an email requesting follow up to resolve this and never got an answer- ruined my favorite Christmas present for my son!

The face that was printed on the socks was almost completely black. You could barely tell it was a cat. In addition, the fabric of the socks is one that I would NEVER choose for a pair of socks; more like a football jersey. I will not order again and will not recommend.

I was very excited for these socks for my son. Thought they were a little pricey but would be worth it. I was sadly disappointed. The quality of the sock is poor but worse than that, my puppies are so dark- you cannot even tell that they are there. The photo I submitted was not like that. Very sad that a gift I thought would be a huge hit failed miserably.

Horrible customer service. The production time was way over what was stated. The quality of the product was horrible for what I paid for.

Late delivery and only delivered one of the two pairs that I ordered. Received no response to my complaint. I am asking for a full refund of the order.

I ordered on 11/24/21 - I still have not received my order nor have I received a shipping update...
