I ordered these socks November 17. In production November 18 and said 12-15 business days. These were a Christmas gift. I sent 5 requests to customer service for updates and never received a response. Just received the socks today

Cannot express my dissatisfaction strongly enough. I paid $65 total for a pair of socks and a face mask. The face mask arrived on a Valentine background that I didn't order - is ordered a solid orange background - and the faces of our pups were dark black splotches. The socks were inferior quality to begin with and also featured dark black splotches if indiscernible faces. I ordered on November 29 and the items did not arrive until December 24th. As I discovered AFTER placing my order, this merchant is reported as a scam by a multitude of customers on the Better Business Bureau website.

I placed my order on 12/6, and still have not received my order.

Order was place on November 29th, advertisement stated item would be shipped 3-5 days. I didn’t receive it until December 17th, and it was partially wrong, I ordered 2 pair, dog and cat socks and received one dog and someone else dog socks. I wrote Customer Service requesting a return label for the wrong item and a refund for the wrong pair. An automated email stated a rep would reply within 72 hours. I received a reply on the 19th, from Kalani and I forwarded the requested photos on Dec 20th. It’s been over a week and I haven’t heard from anyone, no return label, no refund. Since this was for a Christmas gift and I knew the right pair wouldn’t arrive on time I requested a refund. I wrote Kalani again on the 28th regarding this matter, and still no reply. It shouldn’t take this long for a reply. This company doesn’t hold customer satisfaction as a priority. Never again will I order from them.

I’d love to review these however I never received my order! Hope if someone there is looking into since I’ve yet to hear back from you

This experience has been horrible they originally made my order and botched the picture cutting my pets ears off and neck I reached out to them right away but it took them three weeks to get back to me. then another two weeks to send a replacement pair which arrived after Christmas and I finally just received the replacement order six weeks after I’ve originally placed the order but it’s not even my pet on the socks it’s somebody else’s. Ridiculous

The fabric is terrible and they shipped me socks with someone else’s dog on it so I didn’t have the item in time for Christmas ! Furthermore , it’s been a week and they still haven’t responded to my email to get this resolved! And I can’t find a phone number to call!

Order was not completed or sent but they pretended like it was. According to UPS and USPS they never received the package. The gift was ordered early December but ended up not being delivered. There appears to be no way to get someone at the company to contact me back or refund the purchase.
