GoPupSocksReviews of gopupsocks.com

Horrible. Took almost a month. Then when I did finally get them they’re terrible quality socks with a weird huge toe part. Do not fit at all. Dog picture is wrong colors. Very unhappy would certainly not recommend to anyone. Waste of time and money.

If I could give Zero stars I would. I ordered December 6th. It ‘shipped’ December 15th and I have yet to receive my order or any updates on tracking. I’m emailed Pupsocks on three occasions and have not gotten a response.

I never received my pup socks!!! I have reached out and have gotten no response. I’m still waiting for someone to respond. I will never order again!!!

I received my order over 2 weeks ago, missing one item. I have contacted customer service multiple times and had NO RESPONSE! There is also no phone number listed on the website nor any way to contact other than email, chat (which goes to email), and messaging through the website (also goes to email). The products which did arrive are adorable. However I can’t believe this customer service or lack thereof. How do I get my money back??! I would not recommend risking your money placing an order here.

Finally received my order.... not what I ordered at all. Completely different dog, color, etc. After waiting forever. No contact phone and only reply to email says they'll respond in a few days but never received a reply previously. Not happy after paying almost $40. For a pair of wrong socks that was meant to be a Christmas gift.

I was so disappointed! I ordered our custom cat socks well before Christmas and two generic socks were received. We don't even have a dog! I contacted Customer Service twice to get this sorted out but no response whatsoever. I hope this company can do better.

I ordered three pairs of socks from PupSocks. I only received one pair. I emailed them on 12/18/21 to inquire about my order. An automatic response stated that it could take up to three days for a response. On 12/29/21 I still have not heard from them (11 days later!) I will never buy anything form this company again.

Where is my order??
