Disappointed
The artistic rendering/combination of the three images was disappointing.

Hi Mike! I am so sorry to hear that our Custom Face Mash blanket did not turn out as anticipated. Our FaceMash items take the photos that are uploaded and mix them together in no particular order to create a collage effect. To better assist you and to ensure your product meets your expectation, we will email you with a possible solution to this issue. We value our customers! The socks look fantastic
The socks look fantastic! The images are great. My only issue is I do not like the texture of the material. I am unsure whether the person I got them for will wear them - I know I would not.

Fun product but poor customer service
The product is fun but this company appears to have severe growing pains. Their communication/customer service is in rough shape. So if you have an issue (never got a confirmation email, have a question, want to use the “live chat” feature on the website), you are out of luck.

Not for the price
The ordering process was easy but overall disappointed in the turn out. The print of my dog’s face came out much darker on the socks than it appears on screen/in real life. The white fur on his face/snout looks brown on the socks, making it not as obvious that it is my dog (vs a generic dog face). The material of the socks was not what I expected either - they don’t feel like regular athletic, casual or even dress socks. They have a distinct plastic type sheen to them, almost like they have a coating. They’re huge - even the smallest women’s size. I’d liken them to the knee-high costume socks you’d get around Halloween at the corner store. I purchased these as gifts, and I think they’ll get a good laugh from the recipients, but very much doubt they’ll get worn given the feel/look/fit of the sock. Not sure how these wash, so hoping the print of my dog’s face stays on. For the price, i’d say it’s not worth it.

Hi Annie! Thank you so much for placing an order with us! I am sorry to hear that the cropping of your image did not come out as you had anticipated. Our design team takes the exact image that uploaded during check out, crops the faces, and paste them onto our socks. We do not alter images in anyway, unless special notes are left for us to do so. The nose may appear darker due to the color socks you have selected. But, they look AMAZING! Our socks are meant to be a fun and personal novelty products. They are amazing gifts for family and friends. As far as care, for the best results, machine-wash your socks inside-out with cold water and tumble dry on low heat or line dry. Using a mild detergent and avoiding the use of fabric softener and dryer sheets will allow for long-lasting results. We value all feedback that we receive and take it as assistance to better our company each and every day! Thank you once again! The PupSocks Team

They were not as nice as I thought they would be for the money I had paid. The photos on socks were not as clear as I thought they would be ... wasn’t told my photo needed to be better pixilated? Meh they are ok.
