Initially they sent me the wrong order (someone else's pet on a pair of socks), and it took quite a while for them to respond to my messages. However, eventually they did get in touch with me, and they re-sent my correct socks which look great and I am happy with them. They seem to be a little overwhelmed this year, and as a result, the item I ordered on Dec 12 did not actually get into my hands until January 12 after all was said and done. However, I would imagine that they are quicker when it is not the holiday season.

These were not what I expected. The photo is super cute of my dog but the socks are a weird material and fit so big! They have no shape to them. I also ordered them for Christmas and they did not arrive in time, so it was a huge bummer. Don't think they are worth the hefty price tag.

The socks were very cute. I enjoyed seeing my kitty’s face on them. They were tube socks, which I had not realized. They also were too large even though I ordered the usual size.

Like the image, did a good job of cutting around the cat's faces, the sock quality isn't the best though. Doesn't really conform to the foot

The socks are not very comfortable And the picture was a lot darker than the pic I sent. But my son did love them

Overall, the picture and design on the socks was good but I wasn't given the option to choose size. The socks were for a 9-year-old and they didn't fit at all. They were made for larger shoe sizes apparently, so it would have been nice to get a smaller size for her.

The worst customer support I’ve ever experienced. I had reached out for 3 weeks to get an address change (which should be accessible on the site) but wasn’t. Nobody still to this day got back to me. The package was delivered and was a great product! However, I was completely in the dark through the whole shipping process.

Super cute and the picture quality was great. But the sock quality isn't great. I doubt my husband will ever wear them due to this even though he asked for them.
