These socks were really disappointing. Very thin and cheap. Which I would have overlooked if the printing looked good - but our pup was nearly unrecognizable and sometimes misaligned with the print, so it just looks dumb. Was a christmas gift for my husband, but I think they're going straight to Goodwill. :( Very disappointed.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the socks. Definitely not worth the money over $80 for 3 pairs of socks. What a joke!!!

I ordered a pair of socks with our dog’s face on it for my girlfriend for christmas at the beginning of the month. The package then arrived after Christmas but it was the wrong order. Not the socks I ordered and not even our dog’s face. When I reached out to the customer service with my problem and a request for my money back, the response was that I apparently I haven’t ordered anything from them. I even have all the mails and the order number, which I put in the complaint as well - didn’t matter. Keep your hands from that shop!! p.s. anyone who has received the blue socks with bones and the face of a grey lab, reach out to „kkiesinger@ me.com“. Maybe I have yours (superdad theme and black dog)

I placed my order on 11/22/21, got an email saying it shipped on 12/1/21. The tracking number I was provided never updated from saying, "USPS awaiting package." My order arrived 12/29/21 so I did not get to give my husband his gift on Christmas even though I ordered more than a month in advance. The socks are a strange material, don't seem very wearable or comfortable, and even started to tear slightly where he took the tags off them because the material is flimsy. They are more like a novelty item than something he is going to wear. I am at least pleased with way the pictures of my dog turned out on the socks. This was a terrible customer service experience- In waiting to see if my socks would even arrive it took 1 website contact form and 2 emails to customer service before I finally got a response. That came 17 days later on the same day that my socks finally arrived! When customer service finally did get back to me, the best they offered me was shipping a new product, store credit, or a "refund minus the customization fee per item." I can only hope they are benefiting nonprofits like they say!

It took 15 days to produce and ship even though I put in the design work myself so it could be processed and shipped quickly. I ordered them at the end of November and they wont be arriving until after December, which is too late since I am leaving the country tomorrow. On top of that, when I had asked a question prior to ordering and your website stated a fast response, of I believe no more than four hours, I received a response apologizing about 4 days after I asked. I will now have to wait who knows how long before I go back to Brazil again to give these to my friend as the gift I intended to bring tomorrow.

I have not received the order I made on December 7th yet, and it is Dec 28th. :(

Anyone reading this identifies with the grief and disappointment that comes with receiving a gift, from a giver that wholeheartedly loves you and wants you to be happy and simultaneously has failed know you at all, that is astoundingly unenjoyable to you. Rarely in life are we given the opportunity to know that we are that gift giver who has so apocalyptically failed to model in our minds the real inner workings of our dearly held loved ones. We pride ourselves on the items and experiences that we deem worthy to be bestowed upon our most significant companions and champions. Lo, this pair of socks gave brutal insight into the calamity of being a "bad gifter." The material: Ungodly in it's inflexible, scoriasis-inducing, wholly unnatural callousness. The printing: Darker than a moonless winter solstice... Nay, darker even than Satan's rectal chamber. The heel: As non-existent as this company's good reputation which history will find as famously disreputable as Facebook, Monsanto, and their ilk. The shipping: Actually not terrible. Arrived on Christmas Eve from, I presume, the dark side of the moon.

Never received the socks. Ordered well before Christmas with website saying they would arrive before Christmas. Still do not have them 29Dec
