I am editing this because the experience I just had with Tyler in the customer service department was nothing short of amazing. He rectified the situation, and seemed to really care about me as a customer. The socks aren’t something I’d order again, but I definitely will try out their blankets. Thank you, Tyler! You are a gem!! The socks are a cheap, terrible material, and the pics of our dog don’t all match. Some are perfect and others are elongated and weird looking. A real bummer since these cost 30 dollars USD.

the picture and design are perfect. Sock fit and material isn't great. But for a novelty gift they are pretty wonderful.

Arrived quickly and love the socks!! My only complaint is that you can’t really see my dogs eyes on the socks, but still happy overall!! My daughter is going to love them come Christmas morning!!

I never received my socks, and it's been 12 days since i ordered. I was wondering if someone can please help me out and figure out why I never received them.

Aesthetic is great but don’t think the socks are very comfortable so probably won’t get much wear. Sock quality could be better but graphic is great, submitting image was a breeze.

I ordered four pair of socks. I only received one pair. This is very disappointing for the price. If they make it right I will alter my review but as of now one star. Update (12/16/19): Pupsocks really stepped up and restored my faith in the institution. While the return was a little cumbersome in emails back and forth they really made a great effort to make sure that my order was complete and that I was completely satisfied. As such I have upgraded them to four stars. Thank you pupsocks your attention to detail with customer service has made a satisfied customer.

Wish the cropping had been done better, but generally still good. Just weird to see my dog with a lot of space between head and hanging down ears. Anyway, love the idea and the price is okay, too.
