Our design team takes the exact photos that are uploaded during check out, crop them, and place them onto your custom blanket. We take the exact image you upload, crop the face, and print it onto the blanket. We are working to improve our products each and everyday. Your feedback is extremely appreciated! Also, our design team handles all of the cropping on their end. Once the photo is uploaded, we will crop the image and will only utilize the face unless special written instructions are left for our team. No worries! They are meant to stretch and mold to our customers feet. I am sorry to hear that the material was not how you anticipated.
