Typically, international orders could take anywhere from 10-25 business days in shipping during the holidays , unfortunately this includes shipping delays. We apologize about this. Hi Sandra, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are saddened to hear that the color of your dog did not come out as anticipated. Black dogs can be tricky to print, if they are too dark , it can look like a dark blob, if the photo isn't dark enough, it looks brown. We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience.
