Sent in a well-lit picture of my cat, the socks showed up with a blacked-out face in the shape of my cats head. There was not a single detail in the picture. The material was terrible as well. I tried contacting customer service with a picture of the socks and I have not received a response.

I thought these would be great stocking stuffers for all the kids in my family. Unfortunately, they took over a month to arrive and came days after Christmas. What a waste. Now I have to pay to ship them individually to each of the kids… and after Christmas! Customer service never responded to all me emails except 3 weeks in to say they had shipped. No apology or refund or anything.

Terrible. Crap. Disgraceful. SCAM. Really really really crap. Stupid. So stupid. Good luck 👍

Let’s just say I still have not received my order. No Follow Up , no Call back and these were supposed to be Christmas gifts ordered 5 weeks ago!! Very disappointed!!

I placed an order on Nov 29, received confirmation and an email stating my order was in production. It is now Dec 29th and my order still shows in production. I have not received any communication from the company after sending multiple emails.

I ordered two pair of printed socks for xmas and only one was correct. I submitted a help request via their online form with no response. I also replied to an email (team at gopupsock.com) and it ended up bouncing back 2 days later. Don't know if they are fly-by-night or just have no interest in providing support

I have been trying to contact the company in regards to receiving the incorrect socks for weeks now and I get no response. Customer service is awful!!!!! Socks are super expensive and no customer service available at all!!!

You guys cut off a quarter of his face!!!
