Over a month after ordered no socks. Cancelled order

Been 3 weeks since I ordered sox

Took really long to get to my house and they are really poor quality. Super disappointed on the actual socks the sewing was not good and the printing of the image was also not good, the image I sent was well exposed and the one of the socks is dark I can barely see my pups face it looks like black spots.

Terrible, never even got the damn order.

It looks like a large number of customers have written a similar review, but I have to add one more voice. It is literally written on their sales page for each of their products that they have lightning fast shipping. I was sent a direct ad about their products, to purchase their products as holiday gifts. I still have not received the products four weeks after purchase, largely due to a 15 day period the company took to get the product in the mail, paired with abysmally slow shipping. Missed my opportunity to give the item as a gift for the holidays. This is blatant false advertising. Don't sell a product/service that you cannot deliver upon the promises you make on the sales page. Even their customer service responses take 72 hours to process and receive a response which will likely be 'sorry we are busy for the holidays'. Will not every be purchasing another product from this company, I advise you look elsewhere.

I ordered 4 pair of socks and received one pair

I submitted an order almost two weeks ago and it has not arrived. I won’t order from this place again.

Still undelivered and no updates received. Ordered more than 4-5 weeks ago. Support e-mail seems to be blocked as well. You guys should stop advertising and get business running first.. that's very disappointing! Maybe it's scam, Idk. =/
