Order took about 6 weeks. There should’ve been a deadline communicated in order to know when/if the order would arrive by Christmas. The photos were dark so you can’t even make out that it’s a dog (Doberman mix). They make it seem like they will edit it but they could’ve asked for another pic if it was too dark.

I ordered my socks on December 6th, so that they’d have plenty of time to be made and get here before Christmas. They didn’t arrive by Christmas and still have not arrived and it’s currently December 30th.

Can’t get anyone to respond to emails or chats. My order was supposedly shipped on December 9th-ordered on Nov. 30th. Tracking email/info sent to me states still to this day, December 30th, 2021 that it hasn’t shipped or gone anywhere from the company. Thumbs down

These turned out awful. I can’t believe I paid $30. My puppy’s face was completely black and you couldn’t tell who the puppy was.

I ordered a size XS kids sock....they took a month to receive but I'm an adult and wear a size 8.5 shoe and they are baggy on me. Not sure how they are supposed to fit a KID. NOT HAPPY at all with this purchase...do NOT waste your money or time!!!!

I was very dissatisfied with my purchase. I ordered different sizes and colors but everything that arrived is the same. I also feel that the quality of the socks and the image printed on the socks are poor quality. If nothing else, I would advise caution if your pet is black. I don’t think their faces show up well when reproduced. Finally, I never got any shipping updates. Those would have come in handy given that I’d intended then as Christmas presents.

This place is scamming people. They took my money sent me half the items and they haven’t responded to my emails. The customer service line will just hang up on u.

Ordered socks on 11/7 .. didn’t receive until 12/29. The socks are misshaped and wide won’t stay up on your legs. Overall bad experience! Save your time & money don’t order!
