Ordered nearly 2 weeks before Christmas, still got it after Christmas. You’ve lost my business moving forward.

I received the wrong order. It was not my dog at all and not the color I chose. I clearly received somebody else’s order. Really hoping to get the order I placed specially because this was not cheap for a pair of socks

Horrible! Order was late received a week after Christmas. Had to tell my giftee that the order didn’t come. Expected today…imagine my surprise when it arrived I ordered grey socks with a dog picture.. received red socks with two cat pics on them…what the heck! Now I don’t have the gift a second time…and no response from this company that can’t tell the different between cat or dog ,,,red or grey. Very very disappointed ☹️

My review is about the time it took to receive the socks, and your customer service. Before ordering my socks I contacted you with a question about the artwork and I received an answer within 24 hours. I placed my order on Nov. 20, and on Nov. 29th I received an email that it will be shipped soon. On Dec. 9th I emailed you, inquiring about the shipping status and I received no answer. I kept seeing ads from PupSocks - "Order now and receive your order before Christmas!", meanwhile, I ordered 35 days before Christmas and received my order 5 days after Christmas. So while the socks came out awesome, production time and customer service were subpar.

Yet to receive my order! Not happy with this company!

It took way too long to get my order. The shipping email I received included a tracking number that just said "waiting for shipment" even after the shipment finally arrived. PupSocks' email with the tracking number said the item was being shipped by UPS but then said it was delivered to the USPS. They don't apparently know that there is a difference. While waiting for my order I messaged them twice through their website (there is no phone number to call) but they NEVER responded. When the socks finally arrived they were terrible. My dog's face is nothing but a black blob. I'm messaging them again about my dissatisfaction but doubt they'll get back to me.

Order #2681376 - was a disaster. I have requested a full refund. I understand the photo was of a black puppy's face but even the face has NO EYES or mouth!

Still waiting for the socks that said i would get by Christmas! They were a present. I ordered on december 8th!! Ridiculous.
