I uploaded a picture for a pair of…
I uploaded a picture for a pair of special socks for my daughter for a gift. The photo had a picture of her and out dog who recently passed away. The way the designer cropped the two of them apart and printed the socks was not at all what I thought the product was going to look like. Very disappointed with this gift.

11/13 order has not been received
11/13 order has not been received, you held my order because of a materials malfunction(not sure what that means), haven’t received clear updates on my status, still waiting for my order, no number available to speak with any CS reps, and simply poor communication on your end. Very disappointing transaction

I was hoping for just the dog’s face…
I was hoping for just the dog’s face like I requested and like all of the cute pictures online. Instead it is her head and part of her chest. It’s almost like just an oval under her face. So it was disappointing to me.

Exceptional product, customer care needs improvement
Process was very easy to order. ( setting up pictures and payment). Ordered two separate orders of socks around the same time. First one came within three weeks! Product is great, and was very happy. Second order was not easy at all. Wanted three separate pictures of Cats. I called once I received first order to find out that the order hadn’t even started. (Was told it was complications and was offered a refund) I was quickly reassured that it would be sorted and offered a 10% refund if I chose to continue to wait patiently. Two weeks later, when I had not received word that it had shipped, I called back yet again. I was told that the order was “almost” ready and offered an additional 5% refund.(that I have not received). It has been over a month and a half and I have not received second order. Product itself is very good, however the service and customer care could be improved upon.

I ordered a two-face picture to apply
I ordered a two-face picture to apply, paid $38. Came in with only one face on the socks. Took almost two weeks to arrive. Not worth the money.

You messed up my order
You messed up my order, had to redo it and now it’s apparently lost in the process, tracking stuck and will not arrive by Christmas even though I ordered 6 weeks early. Very disappointing. Will not be ordering again.
