I ordered 2 pair socks for my sons stocking stuffers on November 28th. I received an email saying they were shipped on the 14th of December. When I try to track my package it says UPS is awaiting package. I have reached out to this company on two different occasions by email. I received an automated response saying they would reach out in 72 hours. No luck either time with a real response. Super cute idea but this company doesn't follow through with anything, other than charging you right away. Very disappointed. I would definitely go with another company!!

Terrible. Ordered my items on Dec. 8, and still haven’t received on Dec. 30. Don’t order from this site!!

I ordered 3 blankets for Xmas for my kids. All 3 were supposed to have 2 dog faces and I paid for 2 dog faces. Blankets came right before Xmas with 1 face only. There is no number to call so I emailed on December 20. No response.

Pup socks didn’t hesitate to take my money when I placed an order but I sure can’t get any response about where my product is. Ordered December 4 well before the supposed arrive before Christmas deadline but have yet to receive my order or know what is going on.

I’ve never received the socks

I’m not one to add a negative review; however I have contacted this company three times with no response. I ordered three pairs of socks and two blankets. I only received the blankets. They have not responded and I’m afraid I will never hear back from this company. The blankets were thin but soft. I hope they hold up to the washer. The pictures of the pets looked good except the black pet did not have much clarity.

Shipping was way too long, picture quality was awful, very dark, wish they would’ve emailed me with a proof or let me know. The pictures look the piles of poop on a blanket. Really disappointed.

I placed my order on 12/2 - intended for a Christmas gift. It took over two weeks for my order to ship and then almost another 3 weeks before I actually received it (received 12/30.. well after Christmas). I sent an email to PupSocks on 12/26 for a status and never received a response. When I finally got my order I was beyond disappointed. These are not SOCKS. Aside from the fact that they are huge, despite choosing the appropriate size, there are cheaply made and not even sock material. They are straight up elastic inside and out and have a harsh hem at the top where you’d put your foot in, that was already shedding and had strings pulling off when they arrived. Nothing like how they advertise them to be on their site. Horrible service. Horrible quality. Do not waste your money !!!
