Hi Emma, Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. We are terribly sorry that the crop of your furry friend did not come out the color you anticipated. After looking into the original photo, it looks like the lighting may have given your Black dog, a blue hue, which may not be noticeable in the original photo, however, when the photo is cropped and put against a different background, that is when it becomes noticeable.
